HOW IT WORKS:

We start by surfacing the identity scripts you've been living by. Inherited beliefs, roles, and expectations that shaped who you think you're supposed to be. This isn't about tearing everything down. It's about seeing clearly what was chosen for you versus what you'd choose for yourself.

This phase often includes your foundation call, values excavation work, and identifying the core patterns that keep you stuck in the self-doubt loop.

PHASE 1: DECONSTRUCT

With clarity on what isn't working, we start building what's real. This is where you develop your own internal framework—values that are actually yours, a sense of self that doesn't depend on external validation, and the capacity to make decisions from trust instead of fear.

This is the longest phase and where the deepest shifts happen. We're not just setting goals, we're reconstructing the identity those goals come from so that success becomes inevitable.

PHASE 2: RECONSTRUCT

Knowing who you are is one thing. Living it is another. In this phase, the work moves from insight to embodiment. You start making aligned decisions in real time, holding boundaries without guilt, and navigating the moments when old scripts try to pull you back.

Integration is an ongoing practice. By this point, you have the tools, the self-awareness, and the self-trust to keep going on your own.

Q2. What’s included in the coaching program?

The starting commitment is three months—enough time to move through the core of the Identity Integration Framework. Three months gives us space to deconstruct the patterns, rebuild your foundation, and start integrating the changes into your real life.

After that, you can continue month-to-month for as long as feels right.

Q3. How long is the coaching program?

The schedule is designed to flex around real life. Calls are booked at times that work for you, and the integration week means you always have a built-in breathing room.

That said—this work asks you to show up, not just show up on Zoom. The clients who get the most from this are the ones who engage between sessions, even in small ways.
