When will the group calls be?

Group calls will be Thursday at 1:00 pm ET. They will be recorded incase you can't be there, and you'll still have a chance to send me questions that I can answer on the call for you. (Exact call dates are: Oct 5, 12, 19, 26, Nov 2, 9)

How much time/energy is required from me?

It really depends on you. Plus, since this is the first time I’m running a program like this, I can’t say for sure exactly how much time you’ll need to engage with the program. I’ve done my best to design the program to be spoonie-friendly (aka low-energy friendly).

There will be a short video lesson that comes out each Sunday afternoon - 15 minutes or less for these. An exercises/worksheets, and/or things to reflect on or implement each week that ties to the video lesson. Our weekly call which is 60-90 minutes (I'll let you know for sure when we see how many folks we have). 

How many people will be in the group?

Honestly I'm not sure what to expect since this is my first time running a group like this. My vision is around 10 folks. I am capping it at 15 to make sure that everyone gets the attention and support they deserve and desire.

What are the dates for the whole thing?

The first mini-lesson drops on October 1st and we'll have our last call and wrap up on November 9th.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Sure do! The total price is $500, and there is an option to pay over 2 months or pay over 4 months. Both payment plans are no-interest - it's the same price whether you pay in full or break it into chunks!

Heads up, if I offer this program again it'll probably be (significantly) higher priced. You're getting a great price cause it's a new offer.
