Less Self-Doubt

More Clear Action

Life just took a sharp left turn without warning you, leaving you disoriented and whiplash sore. You find yourself asking “now what do I do?”

Good news: You don’t have to navigate life-changing events alone.

One of the few certainties in life is change.

Too often, that change isn’t something we want or we planned for. We’re left unsure of what to do in our current situations but know something’s got to give. OR we see what’s next but don’t know what steps to take to start down that path.

I can help your find your next right step.

Personal coaching is for you if…

The universe threw you a curveball, and now you’re trying to navigate uncharted waters without a plan.

You’re unhappy where you are, be it a job, relationship, or personally. You know something has to change, but you aren’t sure what or how.

You know what the plan is, but it’s going to throw your world into chaos, and you just don’t want to go it alone.

Whatever step you’re at, what matters most is I’ll meet you there, so you don’t have to navigate any of this alone.

What you’ll learn:

Tools, strategies, and support for building more resilience in your day-to-day life. As well as for making decisions and taking action to bring about the changes you desire.

      • Learn to set healthy boundaries to create and maintain relationships that fill you up instead of leaving you drained.
      • Boost your confidence so that you can step out of your comfort zone and take on new challenges.
      • Uncover inner strengths, passions, and purposes.
      • Identify and overcome obstacles holding you back (fear, limiting beliefs, distractions)
      • Define goals, develop an action plan, and get support every step of the way.
      • Feel empowered to build your unconventional life**

What do I mean **unconventional life?

Society has convinced us that the “right” way to do life is a education➔career➔marriage➔buy a house➔have kids➔retire path. But from many of us, that’s just not attainable whether by choice or by circumstance.

Building your unconventional life is about creating the life that is right for YOU. Building a life that’s built around your health, mental well-being, your desires, and your goals. It’s also about having the resilience to change plans to keep you living your most whole and happiest life.

Hey, I’m Casey!

I’m a TEDx speaker, writer, and teacher passionate about helping those amid life change shift from surviving to thriving.

As an Iraq war veteran and childless-not-by-choice woman, I have deep value and appreciation for making the most of each day and having to rebuild your entire life plan.

Through life experience and a master’s in mental health, I’ve created a unique approach to dealing with life’s twists and turns. Hard shit happens, but if we lean into the change, stunning things can also happen.

My Stance on Inclusion

I work to create an educated, inclusive practice that does not discriminate based on race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, body size, ability, or class. I work to create a space where my clients can feel safe exploring and expressing their unique experiences.

As a straight, cis-gender, white, thin woman, I strive to stay aware of my numerous forms of privilege. I am in no way perfect in navigating these topics and attempt to clean up quickly and learn much when I mess up. I aim to do the next right thing, no matter how uncomfortable, and continually seek to learn how I can best advocate and support others.

What's the difference between coaching and therapy?

Solid question. Coaching is not therapy, though it is therapeutic. Primarily the difference (besides licensing) is in the approach and outlook. Coaching tends to focus on the present and future, while therapy often spends a good chunk of time healing the past.

Our focus is on shifting your current life situation to create a present and future that excite you. But we won’t shy away from or skip the past when needed.

** If you’re seeking help for mental health issues, debilitating anxiety, or depression, please contact a licensed therapist.

How will I feel by the end?

You will have a renewed sense of confidence, self-worth, and self-trust; plus secure that you have the right tools and strategies on tap to handle stress and overwhelm. You’ll also have goals and plans to keep you motivated and moving forward after our time together ends.

Why should I work with you?

I suspect if you could make these changes on your own, you would have already. But you’re looking for outside help for a reason. So why wouldn’t we work together?

If you want to meet me and see if we’ll be a good fit, book a call and let’s chat.
