1. How soon can I start?

3. I just figured out I’m neurodivergent, is this program suitable for someone new to figuring this stuff out?

4. Do I have to be formally diagnosed with Autism or ADHD? Or anything for that matter?
Not at all. Whether you have a formal diagnosis or just identify with being neurodivergent, you're welcome here. Our program is about your experience, not your diagnosis.
5. How much time will I need to dedicate to the program each week?
This varies person to person, but an hour or two usually does the trick. Each week there is 1 or 2 video lessons (less than 15 minutes each) and worksheets to guide you deeper into those topics. I’d say plan on 30 minutes to an hour for the worksheets. You’ll also want to set aside 90 minutes for a our live coaching call each week.
